If more than one payment is made against an invoice, they will show together on 1 payment receipt. You can click the Download Payment Receipt PDF link any time after processing a payment from the Invoices view to print a receipt for the payment. Note: You receive a dialogue box with the message that your payment is being processed. When you pay less than the balance due, LexisNexis Account Center applies the payment to the oldest invoices first and then provides an updated balance.Invoices exceeding $25,000 are paid by bank transfer, ACH, check, or wire transfer.If you choose to do so, you'll need to enter those account details. You can use the credit/debit card or bank account on record, or you can use a different one for this payment.Complete the payment information keeping the following in mind:.Note: After clicking Make Payment, you can select a custom amount to pay or the total balance of the selected invoices. Select the invoice or invoices you want to pay, and then click Make Payment to pay specific invoices.Note: When you pay less than the balance due, LexisNexis Account Center applies the payment to the oldest invoices first and then provides an updated balance.Click Pay Total Balance to pay the entire amount owed for this account.Use the date drop-down list to see items from a specific year or range of years.Use the All Items drop-down list to see only open, paid, or credit items.Narrow the list using one or more of the following:.If your organization has multiple Financial Accounts, select an account number or All Accounts from the drop-down list.Click Invoices near the top of the page, if not already selected.Click Invoice & Payment on the left side of the page.Take the following steps to submit an online invoice payment: Late fees are broken out and included in your Invoice Payment Amount in LexisNexis Account Center. The LexisNexis ® Account Center tool allows Administrators and Invoice Contacts the ability to pay invoices online within the same application.
